Diorene Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns
You are eligible to return your purchase if all of the following conditions are met:

• Return Window: The item is returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition of Product: The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging—including all tags, accessories, and inserts.
• Authorization: You have contacted our Customer Service and received a Return Authorization Number (RAN) prior to shipping the item back.

Exclusions:

• Customized or personalized products.
• Items where the hygienic seal or integrity has been compromised (e.g., opened intimate apparel or similar products).

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return:
   • Email our Customer Service at info@diorene.com with your order number and reason for the return.
   • Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if eligible.
2. Preparing Your Package:
   • Include the RAN clearly on the return package.
   • Ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging.
3. Shipping Your Return:
   • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we have shipped an incorrect product.
   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Inspection and Processing

• Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item within 3 business days.
• If the item meets our return criteria, you will receive a confirmation, and your return will be processed accordingly.

Exchanges

• Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
