Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

 

Shipping options: We offer standard shipping (5-8 business days) and expedited shipping (2-3 business days) within the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

 

International shipping: We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

 

Delays: While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience.
