Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered from Noven. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Returns. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please have your order number ready.

Exceptions. Final sale items, intimates, and swimwear are not eligible for return unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
