Refund & Return Policy
At Noven, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging attached.
How to Start a Return
Email us at Novenstore27@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond with return instructions as quickly as possible. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at Novenstore27@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as intimate apparel, earrings, and opened personal-care products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within 10 business days of approval, please check with your bank or card company first, then contact us at Novenstore27@gmail.com and we'll help resolve it.
Cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled only before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number — once an order has shipped it can no longer be modified.
