At Noven, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on every order — no minimums, no surprises at checkout. What you see is what you pay.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times

Once processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 10–20 business days. Because we partner with specialty suppliers to keep prices low and shipping free, some items ship from overseas — which is why delivery takes a little longer than a big-box retailer. Delivery times may also vary by location or unforeseen carrier delays.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
